I want to open/upgrade my own Hot Yoga Studio.
What do I do now?

Many studios begin with an initial phone consutation. To get the most out of your conversation with Chad, have as much information available about your site as possible. For instance, have you signed your lease? Is the power single phase or three phase electric? Is gas available? What is the square footage and ceiling height for the yoga room? is It insulated? What is the present heating equipment and what brand is it? What kind of plumbing already exists in the space (bathrooms, etc)? This initial conversation will familiarize Chad with the extent of your studio's needs and direct to you the next step. In certain situations, a site visit is set up at this time for Chad to see the space first hand.
After the initial phone consultation, and perhaps a site visit, many owners are ready to order their equipment. At this time some owners prefer to have their local contractors contact Chad with their questions and concerns. This can be either via phone or email.
Once it is time for the equipment to be ordered, all equipment must be paid for in advance. Financing is available for certain items. Once payment is received, the orders are placed. Since all of the equipment is made to order, shipping time varies and can an average of 4- to 8 weeks for certain products we have waited 26 weeks for hand built items.
Once your equipment arrives, Chad can continue to consult with your local team to aid in the installation - often times photographing and emailing photos can save a lot of headaches. This again can be via phone, email and even video or a site visit if necessary.
Alternatively, many studios have opened facilities with the assurance of their Engineers, Architects and Builders only to discover that nothing works and since everyone has been paid there is no recourse . We often hear from such owners after they discover they have been sold the wrong products or simply incorrectly installed. We offer consulting to retroactively discover the errors omissions and uncover the problems with our expert analysis of the facilities. We operate as independent assessors and can uncover the problems and suggest corrections-usually a site visit is needed.

PHONE CONSULTATION: UP TO FIRST 2 HOURS $500
ADDITIONAL PHONE CONSULTING: $150 PER HOUR
INITIAL SITE VISIT CONSULTATION: UP TO FIRST 2 HOURS $650
ADDITIONAL SITE VISIT CONSULTING: $150 PER HOUR
DAY RATE 8 HOURS- $1150
CORRECTIVE/INSTALLATION SERVICES: $150 PER HOUR after a $350 minimum for first 2 hours or any part there-in.
Clients are also responsible for travel expenses including milage, fuel, tolls and any additional expenses incurred.
