The most important consideration in making your facility trouble free is to ensure the proper equipment is installed the first time.

Most heated exercise facilities have problems with the toilets and showers as much as with poor heat systems.

Toilets are a sore spot as clients are not too happy with a bucket instead of a flushing toilet. In a busy facility that toilet may get flushed 250 times a day--that's 90,000 times at 360 days of operation.

You want the flush mechanism to be rated for the use the facility demands, so buying a $65.00 cadet toilet at Home Depot isn't going to work for very long.
Generally the cheaper toilets have smal,l partially glazed toilet traps--(the hole which it flushes through). The more expensive commercial toilets have a larger trap and a better flush mechanism and can take the volume demanded in stride.
